Well I'll be damned this thing does still work. I am so salty at this point. Of course it is winter and that doesn't help. Cold is just not something that I enjoy. On my way in to the work site.... I placed my "bus" in park and gathered up all my work belongings...coffee, purse and that sort of thing. Soon as my foot hit the ground or I should say the sheet of ice, DOWN I went. I was able to smash my back into the running board of my "bus" and knocked the air right out of me. So began my rampage. However I have called about 30 people to bitch at about my experience and no one appears to be at work today. No doubt due to the weather. So I have a new bruise on my back and that is all that I have to say about that. What else???? Had my appendix removed due to a bit of appendisitis (never won the spelling bee). Emergency surgery...fun fun...10 grand that I clearly had nothing better to spend it on. But I sure feel better. Went in to the ER with a bit of a abdominal ache and came out missing an organ. I refused to stay over night. Even though that is the "policy" I guess they couldn't really make me. So I went home, still fully doped up and tried to set my little dog free. Felt at the time that was the best thing for him. I thought that he wanted to be one with nature. Still feel bad about that. Once those drugs wore off it was nice because they were able to give me fabulous pain pills. So for the week I felt great... No pain and I think that my belly button talked to me.
